With the theme of ‘transform’ for Airmic 2024, it was apt that HDI Global decided to evolve their exhibition stand.

HDI wanted to create a sophisticated, welcoming space for their clients and team to enjoy. Because of this, we created a calming mocktail bar for guests, while maintaining a distinctive look for HDI.

The custom header panel brought the core brand colours into eyeline from far across the exhibition hall, emphasised by bright lighting and the unique zig-zag pattern. The HDI logo wraps around the header panel and so is visible from all sides, without being overpowering. Touches of brand continued further down, from the logo panel on the counter to the green corner section. More subtly, we integrated brand codes into the décor, as well as within the names of drinks served in the mocktail bar.

Entering the space via the archway, you're welcomed into a contemporary bar aesthetic. From the plush seating to the stylish décor and touches of biophilia, we created a relaxed space to encourage longer dwell times and valuable conversations. The bar theme was brought together by the menu of 'transformative' mocktails being served by event bartenders Mix & Twist. With drinks 'transforming' onto HDI's brand colours, the presence of the bar not only refreshed guests and encouraged footfall, but it linked up with the event theme and supported brand too.
