BFree Foods came to us following a brand refresh. They were looking to make a big statement at the Allergy & Free From Show to showcase the updated brand, attract new customers, and build loyalty amongst their engaged community of ‘BFree Foodies’.

 

From our initial conversations with BFree, we knew that the stand design had to strike a balance between brand, a product shop, sampling area, and a space for content creation and conversation. We created a stand that incorporated all of these elements, with each zone having its own, very specific use. With the expertise of our design and production teams, we were able to create three zones that served up an impact for BFree, yet came together ultimately as one harmonious space. With a cohesive look and feel across the stand, guests were able to feel immersed in the brand and the ethos of 'BFree, Eat Happy'. And with the new branding visible from across the exhibition hall, visitors were quickly able to spot the stand as they entered the show.

 

After identifying a lack of satisfying lunch options at the show, BFree partnered with Good Food Cartel to serve burritos and ‘pitta-ritos’ using BFree wraps and pittas. We created a fully functional kitchen for the team, meeting practical and health & safety requirements, while also ensuring the kitchen fitted into the aesthetic of the wider stand. A product and merch shop was placed in the middle of the stand, with custom shelving designed to suit BFree’s hero products and merch.

 

On the other side of the stand, the ‘Foodie Corner’ combined cosy seating, neon signage, and brand-driven graphics. Visitors were able to win BFree merch by taking part in a range of games and challenges, as well as participating in short interviews with the BFree team. The multiple levels of interaction made for an engaging and entertaining experience, prompted guests to act as brand ambassadors in their BFree merch, and encouraged user-generated content across socials too.
