BIBA 2024 was another busy and successful event for the insurance sector, and Aviva returned as the primary sponsor. With their central space in the exhibition hall, Aviva were a recognisable and familiar hub for brokers attending the event.  

Aviva share our firm values around sustainability, and so throughout the project they were keen to reduce the environmental impact of the stand as much as possible. Because of this, we maintained the existing stand structure to extend the life cycle of these materials. We then applied Aviva's subtly refreshed brand to the space, drawing on recyclable graphic media and UV printing to do so

The new colourway was applied across the stand. We maintained the distinctive Aviva yellow, and complimented it with some vibrant pops of blue. The stand could easily be spotted from across the room, and was supported by a range of additional wayfinding signage throughout the venue. Inside the large 12x8m space we included a range of seating areas, encouraging visitors to spend time in the space and speak to the Aviva team. The stand was buzzing for the whole event, coffee was flowing, and Aviva solidified their central presence at BIBA.

We were glad to consult with Aviva on a more sustainable way of exhibiting, using life-cycle thinking to make every decision in a considered and climate-conscious way. The cherry on top of these efforts was the recognition the stand got from event:decision, with Aviva presented with the ‘Sustainable Exhibitor’ award at the end of the show.
